    Need tips for assembling Desktops

    Hello everyone,
I would like to mount a desktop PC at the best price / quality ratio of the moment. Before buying anything I prefer to learn through this forum.

The PC that I try to mount will mainly be made to:
    - surf the net
    - listen to music
    - watching videos
    - transfer photos
    - play games not too high end
all without it and the quietest as possible.

Hard disk capacity I think 250 GB which is widely enough. For the budget up to $950. I recall that I do not want to have a beast of competition but really a good value for money.

No, I just wish to build a tower no need for monitor, keyboard or mouse.

    How about :

    # Intel Core 2 Duo E8200
    # NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI optimized for the game
    # 22 GB DDR2 SDRAM PC6400 800-MHz
    # Graphics Card GeForce 8800 GTS 512 MB
    # Hard Drive 320 GB Serial ATA-II
    # DVD Super Multi Double Layer
    # Controller 8 audio channels
    # Power Supply silent 500 Watts

So this way you can get an idea of what you have to buy. This all components are relatively good and efficient enough for you.

I would like to modify the processor to E8500
Let off the mobo a bit as I dont think this guy want SLI gaming performance. Get a cheaper one. least one that supports 45nm Intel would do.
Ram to 4 GB or atleast 3 GB cause he will be using Vista with Aero
For light gaming 8600GTS is enough, but if you have the budget, 8800GT or GTS wont hurt.
Rest good enough. You could build the PC much less than your estimate $950

Happy RE: Need tips for assembling Desktops

    Sir,
I am very happy to know about assembling desktops. But in my point of view, before we can begin using the Weblogic Portal Administration Console, the server must be running. Depending on the state of our Workspace Studio workbench, we might need to start the server before opening the Administration Console.

Wow, Mike_Kol. That was superb information. As far as i am playing light end games, i think 8600GTS would be fine for me.
