    Changing the motherboard

    Hello

I am going to buy a motherboard, namely: ASUS P5B (socket 775)

I currently have a asrock p4vm890 (socket 478) and with an Intel Pentium 4 processor at 3.00 GHz

and my doubt is that if I change the motherboard and processor, render putting that well and not speed or would there be problems with the socket?

    thanks and greetings.

You can not make that change, precisely because your processor is socket 478 motherboard.

    Greetings

I recommended for a processor socket 775 which is not very expensive and that is commensurate with the motherboard

    thanks
