Upgrading the ram .... help needed !!

I currently have 1x512 MB DDR2 RAM.

Am planning to upgrade it to 1 GB. Please suggest a RAM Upgrade since i want to upgrade to Win XP from 98... Thanx

And which one is good stick for my pc?

My spec:
AMD Phenom™ X4 9500
Asus P5LD2-VM (Intel 945G)
Samsung 512 MB DDR2
Hitachi 80 GB Sata

Hi,

Add another 1 gb ram....

Transcend RAM always has the extra edge over dual channel went running with 512MBX2....

Else give away that 512 MB ram and get 2X1GB ram , if it fits ur budget...
