Cannot boot in Safe Mode

Hi,

My computer works fine because tried to uninstall some adware but it kept re-installing itself, so I thought I'll boot in safe mode and delete it manually. On boot, the menu comes up . After selecting safe mode, a list of files is shown, I get a blue screen and the computer reboots itself.

If it won't work via F8, he will be stuck booting to Safe Mode via msconfig.

Insert the XP cd and boot from the cd, when everything is loaded instead of installing windows, press R to enter the repair console.
