Samsung Syncmaster B1930 blinking issue while gaming

I am having a blinking issue on Samsung Sync-master B1930. It is a 18.5inch monitor. I had bought this a year ago. When I play games the monitor turns on on its own in between. But there is blue light turning on. That means the monitor is still working. I am not able to figure out the reason behind this. I need some hep to fix the issue.I am constantly getting the problem on games only. The monitor works well on other day to day usage.

Try checking the cable. The monitor connectors in to appropriate due to which you are getting issue. You have to check the connection from the backside. Tight the same and check back. If that is not working then you have to replace the cable. A damage cable is common issue behind the issue and most of the time the problem is resolved by connectivity. If the cable thing is not working then try checking the graphic card.

Install gpu temp temperature in your system. This tool will give you real-time temperature of your graphic card. I think the gpu is heating up due to which you are getting the issue. Gpu temp will give you real time temperature on the screen and if this is above 70degree your graphic card is having overheating issue. That is why the screen is blinking. You have to simply turn off the system for a while to resolve the issue.
