upgrading Acer Predator G3 with GTX 680 graphics card

I was in need of some information for upgrading graphics card on a laptop. I have got a Acer Predator G3 desktop computer and I want to upgrade GeForce GTX 680 graphics card on it. So, is there someone who can tell me whether this video card can be installed on this computer without any issues or if there is some other method required to install it? Thanks for any information in advance.

You will be able to install the GTX 680 graphics card on Acer Predator G3 easily but note that you will also need to upgrade the Power Supply to atleast 550 watt or 750 watts which will be better as well for the GTX 680 card. Also, the size of this same video card is over 10 inch long, so you will need to find out some additional space for it in the cabinet.

Yes, the minimum powe supply requirement for GTX 680 graphics card is 550 watts and therefore I will suggest you to go for the SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply. Seasonic are world famous for providing Modular type of PSU that ensures good quality and ample of power outage.

I am using a XFX Core Edition PRO650W with GTX 680 graphics card and I must say that I am quite impressed with it. This power supply is very quiet and you wont face any kind of problems. It is also made up of high quality build. The single rail on this psu is very good and is very good for mid range computers wit single GPU. The cables are also very long so you can setup a good cable management as well.
