LED Monitor with HDMI under Rs 10000

I need a LED Monitor with HDMI under Rs 10000 so that I can connect it to my laptop and watch movies, play games and carry out my work without much issue. Actually I have problem viewing close things, my eyes starts straining. I do wear specs but that’s not enough. Anyways just suggest me some good ones so that I can get the best out of them, thanks in advance.

You can go for ACL LED which am using for 2 years with out any problem. It's around 6 to 6.5 and it's a 19.5" monitor and it's really good.
