    Graphics card for eMachines ET133140e

I am having a eMachines ET133140e from Costco and I have been using it from a long time, I do not have any issues with it by now. Currently I am thinking of adding a graphic card to it, it is having an integrated graphic card because of which I am not able to play some latest games that I love. So I just wanted to know if it is possible to upgrade eMachines ET133140e with 1 gb graphic card?? Is there anyone who has tried out the same by now and can provide me some help as well??

As far as I know you can upgrade your eMachines ET133140e with a 1 gb graphic card but since it is having 250-watt power supply you will have to upgrade the same as well. For the graphic card you can get ATI Radeon HD 5450, it will help you with the gaming part and will Expand your visual real estate with its ATI Eyefinity technology as well. 400 Watt or greater power supply is recommended for ATI Radeon HD 5450 so you can get Corsair CX400W Power Supply - 400-Watt psu. I think that the combination of these two will be just great and you won’t have any issues with them, Hope that helps.

Re: Graphics card for eMachines ET133140e

I have recently installed AMD Radeon HD 6450 in my eMachines ET133140e and it is just working perfect. I have bought the same for gaming and it allows me to play the latest games as well. If you want then you can get the same, I am really having good experience with it. I think it is the best upgrade for eMachines ET133140e. The system requirement for the card is as followed:
    • PCI Express based PC with one X16 lane graphics slot
    • 400 Watt or greater power supply recommended (500 Watt for AMD CrossFireX technology in dual mode)
    • Minimum 1GB of system memory
    • Installation software requires CD-ROM drive
    • DVD playback requires DVD drive
    • Blu-ray playback

In my case I have bought Corsair CMPSU-500CXV2UK 500 Watts PSU but you can get Corsair CX400W Power Supply - 400-Watt psu as recommended.
