    EVGA GTX 570 2 way SLI is not recognized at the time of startup

    Whenever I am booting my computer I noticed that video cards are not detected and it puts my computer into normal resolution. I am posting below the system configuration.

    i7 990x 3.4ghz
    evga x58 motherboard
    corsair 1200w psu
    2 evga gtx 570 2.5g
    12 gigs ram
    win7 64bit

    can you point out why I am facing from such problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

    Well I am suspecting that the issue is associated with power supply. The cards are drawing lots of amp from the PCIe slot. When you are benching in sli mode you have to look on the 12 volt voltage and if you have seen dips below 11.80 then you will need to supplement the power by simply going to 12 line with the mod to the 24 pin or you have to get EVGA Power boost.

    There could be an issue with the graphic card drivers. What I am saying that you should visit the official website of the graphic card manufacturer and look for the latest version of the graphic card drivers. You should download it and install the same on the computer and after that reboot your computer.
