WSOD on ATI Radeon HD 4300 graphic card on Windows 7

I am using Dell Inspiron 1564 on which ATI Radeon HD 4300 Card Graphic. As I am booting the laptop of mine. after couple of minutes I am getting White Screen of Death. I restarted the computer but the problem was still happening. Can you tell me whether it was an issue with the graphic card drivers or other components of the laptop of mine? any help to fix the matter will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

In this particular situation I am suggesting that you should boot the computer into Safe mode.

1. You should restart the computer and Press F8 from the keyboard.
2. Now select the Safe mode from the Advanced Boot menu.

After that see whether the issue is persisting or not.

Can you tell me about the system temperature? I recommend that you should install CPU-Z on your computer. you should run the above mentioned software on the computer and provide the screen shot of it over here. so that I can analyze what is wrong happening on your computer.

Well I am wondering that issue happening because of overheating. If I am not wrong there will not be thermal compound to transfer heat between graphics card chip and heat sink. You have to get suitable a heat sink. You have place the heat sink in between of the graphic card and heat sink. You have to see that you have installed the latest version of the graphic card drivers on the computer. you can get the same from the official website. After installing the same you have to reboot the computer.
