is it possible for sony Bravia KDL-52Z4500 to do a software update to use Skype communication

i just wanted some smoothest and sharpest action on screen in addition with easy sharing of photos and music from other devices and therefore made a purchase of sony Bravia KDL-52Z4500 Full HD 1080 BRAVIA LCD TV. but i wanted to know whether , it will do a software update so that i can make use of Skype communication?

according to me its a good idea to have a software update so that you can make use of Skype communication. but i came to know about it that , it's not possible to have a addition of Skype to 2010 or any other older Bravia TV'.

OK i was thinking of adding my "old" Bravia in addition with Blu-ray: BDP-S5000ES, player to my home broadband Network. i don't have enough idea about the up gradation and i wanted to know whether if it is possible to up-grade this Blu-ray model, I suppose, to receive Skype, and to watch You-Tube, Facebook etc. thanks.

i came to know through various sites and specially sony site that there was no compatibility found and there was no internet video enabled hardware until 2010, so i don't think the Blu-ray would be compatible. in the other e case, i suppose you should look at an SMP-N200 Netbox which would add all the video functionality at a good price point, without duplicating your current hardware . If you are looking some addition parts for Skype ,then there will be a possibility of the BDP-S780. I suppose there would be replacement for your S5000 so it depends on you whether you are ready for having a replacement or not.

in my case also there is a string importance of SMP-N200 and that's the possible answer for me too. i found here that the product Videos are most helpful. you can go for it.
