picasa is unable to show photo from my album in sony bravia

I bought new Sony Bravia KDL-40EX721 TV and Installed Picasa apps when I connect my TV to Wifi I was able to see my web album of Picasa but few days ago but now when I click to the albums I am able see my photo icon but when I click my photo icon I am unable to open and a error occur saying “content error”

Is your other all internet apps are working proper if not then there might be an internet wifi connection problem check by opening Google page on your Sony bravia TV.

Even I had same problem my picasa was not opening last week I tried a lot later then I refresh my internet connection and reconnect my wifi and all connection and restart my TV when I try to connect it again then I was able to connect to my web album.

I checked all connection and I am still getting same error of currently offline “please try again” later but my Google is working fine. Don’t know what’s the problem with Picasa is.

As the main reason of buying this TV was Picasa and other web apps but there is no use of this TV if it’s not going to work and I also heard that problem of “the service is currently offline” is due to Sony/Google working on it. And hope this will solve very soon.

Had same problem in past but it was automatically fixed but now again same problem occurred and this time I can’t wait till it get solve again so planning to go to customer service dept.
