Multimonitor with GeForce GTX 560 Ti

Hello friends, I am using the GeForce GTX 560 Ti graphic card and I wish to link 3 monitors but there is just one GPU. I want to ask that if this is possible to make use of two dvi ports through the mini hdmi at the same time. I don’t know that if this is possible or not and so I am posting this over here. If you know any way to do that then please let me know that. Thank you so much in advance.

Yes, this is poddible to link three monitors together but if you do so then you will not be able to make use of the Surround feature which is one of the main feature of the games.

There is no Nvidia GPU except the GTX 590 that is having the 3DVI and 1 DP is capable to enable the surround. This is just my experience about this accorging to the information provided by you. If you wish to have 2DVI & 1 Mini-HDMI then you must get one of the following GTX450,460,465,470,480,550,560,570,580. These are some of the cards which are very powerful for enabling the surround. I hope that this post of mine will be helpful to you.

I would like to tell you that one GPU can only handle two monitors and though you can see that there are 3 or sometimes more. It is not possible to do spanning without any third party software. If you wish to do spanning across three monitors sor some of the applications then you will require to execute the SLI setup.

Re: Multimonitor with GeForce GTX 560 Ti

The basis of the 3D accelerator is a normal GeForce GTX 570. The TMU-domain works with 800 MHz, the shader units with 1,500 MHz and 1,900 MHz GDDR5 memory. The reference design operates at 732 MHz, 1444 MHz and 1900 MHz as well. Striking is the shader domain, which works according to KFA and is not twice as fast as the TMU-domain, but a little slower. The second feature is the memory size that is not 1,280 MB, 1,024 MB instead. The memory interface is 320 bits wide but, as Nvidia can this be used outside of the memory controllers. The cooling system is a dual-slot version with four heatpipes and with an axial fan. There are no exact details about it.

Re: Multimonitor with GeForce GTX 560 Ti

The GTX 560 TI MST X5 is equipped with the expanded view VMM1400/1402 chipset, which allows for four screens to drive on up to 5760x900 resolution (1440x900 on every monitor) or up to three displays at 5040x1050 (1680x1050). The maximum resolution per screen at the maximum of five screens will still be lower. The screens can be controlled with this video card via DVI (1x), DisplayPort (1x) or mini-HDMI (4x). This video card just like any regular GTX 560 Ti has 384 shader units, a 256-bit memory controller and 1 GB of video memory.

This video card is definitely not for gaming, but thanks to the IDT VMM1402 chipset on this card that can have up to four screens simultaneously controlled. It is the maximum resolution 1920x1080 per screen.

According KFA2 these two multi-monitor video cards price technically the best choice for those who want to make system suitable for more than two monitors.KFA2 delivers two new GeForce graphics cards with WinSplit Revolution Software, makes it easier for all information on the different screens to monitor and organize. The cards come with two years warranty.
