Should I get GeForce GTS 450?

Hello friends, I am thinking to get the graphic card but I am really interested to know that if this is going to be accepted with my computer or not. Below is the specification for my system.
    • Asus M5A78L-MLX motherboard
    • AMD Athlon II X2 255 dual core 3.1Ghz
    • 4Gb ddr3 ram
    • No graphics card....

Please provide quick reply on this. I really don’t have any problem to play the games on lower resolution. Thank you so much min advance for the replies.

I think that this will work well but you must ensure that the PSU you are using have as a minimum 20a on its 12v rail. There are a few budgets PSU like corsair 430w v2, antec neo eco 400w, antec earth watt series 380w & 430w.

In addition to DirectX 11 (including Direct Compute) and OpenGL 4.1, the GeForce GTS 450 also meets the free Open CL standard in version 1.1. Support for the in-house interfaces Physx and Cuda is granted. You can also combine two cards in SLI mode, and then also by 3D surround vision benefit. With just one card you need in spite of two dual-link DVI ports and a mini-HDMI port with up to two monitors simultaneously take preference. On the GeForce GTS 450 has the graphics chip through a GPC with 4 shader multiprocessors (SMs) and two 64-bit ROP partitions - a total of 192 shaders, 32 texture units and two eight-ROPs on a 128-bit signal memory interface.

After a Geforce GTS 455 at an unofficial driver was mentioned and we have all this board has four unfilled joints for extra memory chips. It is probably only a matter of time before a full configuration appears in the GF106. The GF106 offers, as all Nvidia chips since the G80, optional higher quality anisotropic filtering (via the driver switch "High Quality" that is superior to that which the Radeons. Also dominate the Fermi chips diverse combinable Sparse Grid Super Sampling in all APIs.

GeForce GTX 480 and GTX 470 was the turn of GeForce GTX 460. This is the video card designed for medium / high-end market. To be fair during the transition between these models there was a small and unfortunate break of GeForce GTX 465, NVIDIA video card by going to challenge Radeon HD 5830: the life of this card, always based on GPU GF100, was brief and not very successful. With the arrival of NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 GPU debuted the new GF104, an architecture magazine and adapted from those shown initially with the chip GF100. In simpler terms, and after trying it directly into its different versions, GF104 is a version that can be called "more practical" in GF100.

In simple terms, the Geforce GTS 450 is a half GTX 460th The number of shader units, Nvidia has reduced from 336 to 192, formerly of 56 32 texture units - which is exactly so GF106 GF104 a 57-percent. The clock frequencies of chip with 783/1.566 MHz and shaders are considerably higher than the standard clock of the GTX 460 from 675/1.350 MHz.
