Plz suggest me a graphic card for my configuration with price if possible.

You have not mentioned your budget about this but I am having about same configuration as you mentined and I am using NVIDIA GeForce 9800GX2 1GB Graphics Card which is of rs. 34,800/- and that is working great.

If you have Asus M2n68 AM SE2. then as per its specifications it has one PCI Express 2.0 x 16 bus add-in card connector that can be used for upgrading the graphics card.
Well you can go for following cards:
XFX 7600GS 256MB –Rs.3,400
XFX 8500GT 512MB DDR2 –Rs.3,200
