I'm interested in how to connect computer to samsung because TV has HDCP information here that will need:

You can connect your TV to your Windows computer (and in some cases, your Apple computer) and use it as a computer monitor if you have one of the following on the back of your TV:

• A standard PC Video (also called VGA, RGB, 15 pin D-sub, DB15, DE15, or HD15) input jack
• A DVI-D input jack
• On Samsung's 2007 or newer models, more than one HDMI input jack (for a DVI out to HDMI in connection).
• On Samsung's 2007 or newer models, an HDMI jack (for an HDMI out to HDMI in connection).

What do you mean by hot little image or hot picture tv, can you be please more specific or describe in detail which program you are asking for? If you are saying that you want to show Picture on TV then there is a program called DVD Photo Slideshow - pictures on tv software that you can download by searching it on google.

to be little help because I manually made a resolution that it should be, but in the game Starcraft 2 does not see the menu bar, but I see the whole browser what it says to me it is not clear: I changed all possible resolutions, and I currently play on the window, so you'd asked for a better suggestion

I am not able to understand what exactly are you trying to convince? If you are saying that you are not getting good resolution when playing starcraft then try to higher the refresh rate of the monitor and check whether it works for you or not. Starcraft game requires heavy graphics so you will need to upgrade to a better video card.

when i start another rts game i see i lost about 1 cm from each corner, and how repair it i mean fit window in lcd tv
i was try resezing destkop and changing resolutions dont work

Is there any zoom function supported in your Samsung LE23T51B Lcd TV? If yes then try to zoom the screen and check whether you are losing the 1 cm game screen again. If yes then probably, you will need a better card that can support more resolution when connected to the tv. Did you try to use 60 or 75hz refresh rates as well?
