GTX 590 BIOS Fix is not out yet

It seems that Nvidia has changed its position and found that the problem is not related to the driver. News hit the web is that we are testing and qualifying new bios that will fix the problems. This would give details why, even through the correct drivers and within a number of cases the non-attendance clock speed / voltage of the card was burning. Somewhat wrong through the BIOS level possibly will give details about the problems. Fudzilla received official word from Nvidia, which was published here in the thread. Today Kitguru also mentioned the update, but more deeply immersed in what appears to be an issue that is spreading like wildfire through the forums around the world. Might this difficulty through the card to be deeper than anyone recognize at this point?

Did you get an RMA for a refund or had one for that change? This may be true, however. Maybe something is misspelled in the BIOS when it comes to how the VRM is working, etc. BIOS solution could remedy these problems. Nobody is saying that the card does not have a problem actually seems to say that is a firmware problem Nvidia confirms the problem was there, even without overclocking. You might have found a permanent solution to the problem that is a good thing.

Nvidia twisted to solve a difficulty that wasn't there? To be serious though, hardware is supposed to have worked to avoid exploding even through bad box software or higher than superlative voltage. The information that the recognized video shows 1.02v die card highlights the failure of the independent protection devices. To the extent that conspiracy theories go, binning recognized expert reviewers through AMD fanboys is going a bit extreme. I actually hope that Nvidia brings several actual pain of AMD subsequently round, for the sake of consumers.
