Is Component 1080i enhanced than HDMI 1080p

Hello guys I am facing problem with 1080i component. If I connect component video starting my Magnavox NB530MGX on the way to my Magnavox 47" 47MF439B/F7 would my TV immediately simply up concealed the 1080i to 1080p and just simply reconvert it reverse to 1080i? I've heard that is what High Definition TVs are able of doing and by doing so you can't inform the dissimilarity between Components 1080i analog vs. HDMI 1080p digital.

There is no explanation to convert up to 1080p and then down exchange to 1080i. It is basically displaying the 1080i signal. Whether or not really depends on progressive or interlaced television shows. A number of people do not notice the dissimilarity between HDMI and component connections when they observe the screen. a number of accomplish. If you able to find any way for this then please share with us. So we can understand it properly thank you.

Unless your TV is a rare antique CRT HD or projection is based, will be progressive. All LCD, Plasma, DLP and current systems are inherently progressive. Also depending on the native resolution of all (many do not strictly as 720p or 1080p native resolution) is there a conversion occurs regardless of the input. Do not imagine you will become aware of a big dissimilarity between 1080p and 1080i HDMI components. Particularly if the set has a good quality conversion chip built in.

Fast motion is not a problem for most chipsets these days with good extension that can deinterlace well (presumptuous you are referring to 1080i vs. 1080p and interlaced appearance). 120 Hz does not matter. It's a marketing gimmick. Unless you are watching 3D movies blurred (which is a special case and should know if you have a 3D game and go for full pig blurred HDMI player 3d), nothing out there now for the average Joe pushed just over 60 Hz to the TV. HDMI or component, 120 Hz is not going to change anything.

Not possible, in your case. To put into comparison: the blurry player is the reproduction of content is already digital and compressed to some extent. HDMI is digital, other than practically uncompressed. It’s like Garbage in, garbage out fundamentally. You will not notice any dissimilarity between component and HDMI sources. The simply case where you can "feel" offer a better quality analog picture is different picture settings on the TV between the 2 HDMI connections and some picture settings may not be available. That's more of a case with placebo than anything else.

The basic rule is the test for you. Especially if you have doubt about the information presented. That thought, I do not observe how you can be expecting a digital source, converts to analog, and afterward converted back to digital would be superior to a digital signal constant. In any situation, cables and TV calibration (or lack thereof) may be more visible than the dissimilarity among component and HDMI. However again, results contrasts depending on hardware utilize, and the only technique to recognize is to test.
