Suitable Graphic Card for Dell E2211H or Acer h235h Monitor

I am confuse on which monitor to take , my most of the use of monitor is watching movies and playing games .I also want best graphic card which should supports all games my budget is approx nine thousand. I need monitor which is value for money and with long time warranty. I also prefer a good looking and light weight monitor so please help me out with this and give me best option available in the market?
