I too have this issue with ati mobility hd 3650 driver. I have downloaded 8.12 and modify the ati official driver as well as ten try to install it. I get an OpenGl problem when trying to install and I have fix this issue by reading a html from Google search. I suggest you to download 8.12 version of driver for your windows 32 bit.
