Why intel gma 3100 not support pixal shader 1.1

I have intel gma 3100 gpu.also 250gb hdd.2gb ram and core 2duo 2.8 gz procressor.but when i start playing splinter cell cheos theory it wont start. It show me error that ur graphic card not support pixal shader 1.1. But intel gma 3100 support upto 2.0. Then why? Thanks.

Its all about upgrading the driver for your Video card. It is the driver that is not supporting well with the game and may have been causing such issue. So get the desired updated pack of the driver and install it well to the system. Restart and then execute the game. You may then be able to perform well for the change.Do look out.
