EVGA GeForce 9500 GT 1024MB VS. EVGA GeForce 6200 512MB

I am thinking of buying a new graphic card for my computer system but the problem is that I am really confused related to this. See I have finalized my search of graphic card to EVGA GeForce 9500 GT 1024MB and EVGA GeForce 6200 512MB. One thing is clear that I am going to buy the graphic card from these two EVGA GeForce 9500 GT 1024MB or EVGA GeForce 6200 512MB but which one is better.

If you want to compare this EVGA GeForce 9500 GT with the EVGA GeForce 6200 then the better one is EVGA GeForce 9500 GT. EVGA GeForce 9500 GT card could be installed without any problems and install (as you would with NVidia Video Cards is used). After I under Windows the current driver ( nvidia. 've de-installed ) , I tested the performance under Half Life 2 and Far Cry 2 At a resolution of 1280x1024 both games ( medium details ) are playable . In Linux, needed nothing more to be done because I had already installed the NVidia kernel modules.

The EVGA GeForce 9500 GT graphics card was at times from the price - performance ratio is a very good offer. In addition what to the graphics card, mounted an additional cooler, you have to buy with other graphic cards usually. This all sounds like a very good offer. After looking at the graphic card was bought at Alternate.de and it finally arrived, saw everything pretty good. The packaging looked very professional and Video Card was with its relatively large mounted radiator also very impressive.

When installing the graphics card came but then the first problem. Apparently the developers forgot the video card, it could cause problems if the video card turns because of the weight by about 45 degrees down. After some effort I could the video card now install but without the motherboard to break. After installing the latest driver I wanted to me now throw with new graphics power and enjoy. After the game was 5 minutes, there was a crash. After a return and 2 month that eVGA again reports, I asked eVGA about my video card with the result that the graphics card is no longer manufactured alleged.
After I got back to Alternate I got a total of two and a half months later than planned, a new graphics card.

I have ordered this EVGA GeForce 6200 512MB card and it had received in the specified time as well. Unfortunately I had to find my AGP slot a defect it has; now has yet produced a new board. To test in another machine used recognized drivers are installed and ready. Super Low Power card, through passive cooling, so if you are thinking of buying this card it will better not to go for.

I am not saying that there won’t be a problem for this EVGA GeForce 6200 512MB but, based on the graphics processor NVIDIA GeForce 6200 this card AGP 8x offers a good display , compatibility DirectX 9.0c, 512 MB RAM type GDDR2, output DVI -I and an output S -Video. It also benefits from a system passive cooling and offers a 2D high quality and 3D performance adequate for video applications and multimedia entertainment.

Advantage of this EVGA GeForce 6200 512MB is that it is powerful! Cheap! Adapted to the latest games and those who work with graphics on the PC I had installed a prehistoric Nvidia XFX GeForce MX 400, which with the latest games was virtually useless , considering that held the direct X 9.0a had pixel shader. I shot myself around to find a tab good but at the same time economical and still had the interface AGP.
