ATi Graphics card 5750 VS 5850

I am using the windows 7 with the Intel core2 duo processor right now it is having the ATI 5750 graphic cards and it is working fine that is the performance of the that card is good it is supporting all the games and i am having all the fun, But some of the games which requires the directX 11 plugins can't be played in my ATI 5750. The ATI 5850 is supporting such games so what should i do now should i buy the new one or stick with the old one. Please help me out of it.

I guess that you are on the right track don't worry if one or two games are not working on your system. Then do not play it cause if this games are not compatible with the graphic card then they will not give you the best out put which you required. Then do one thing if you really want to play that one then just do one thing remove the old card and install the new one which will compatible with the particular game.

I have gone through your problem and it seemed to that you er confused i between these two fantastic cards, the ATI 5750 is a midrange card, for Dx11 games and this card is at the low level of the the video cards. You will have some problems with the games of high profile. I guess that your system has pci slots with 16 pins. This is that you can use the 5850 can get high performance.

This is good that you are upgrading the 5850 with the 5750 because the 5750 has only has 720 stream processes and is 128 bit and the 5850 has the 1440 stream processes and is 256 bit. This vast and will ahead of the older version. Then the video clarity will be better , to play with. The 5850 is the faster than the other one. The memory of it is also high then you will get the maximum speed.

I have gone through your problem where i have came to know that there is something wrong with your graphic card and you also feel the same, so do one thing you are on the right track just replace it with the latest one, And after replacing you will get the better out put and also high resolution and then you will be able to come to know what was the problem
