ATI HD 4550 10.3 catalyst driver not working well for Hp TM2

I have a Hp TM2 device and the problem is that I am not able to work well with the same as I am not able to install or work well with the ATI HD 4550 10.3 catalyst driver. Please help me out so that I can make the change to be processed and work well in order to get sort of the thing that is needed. Do help for the change and then make the implementation well. I use Windows 7.
