Issue with Samsung SyncMaster 2033SN

I have recently purchased Samsung SyncMaster 2033SN monitor for my desktop machine. The problem is that the system is not able to perform well as needed. I have no idea what could have been the problem for the same. Please do help me out so that I can make the change which will be better and process as required. Hope to get a better solution which will help in sorting the thing that is essential. The desktop is been working with Windows 7.

You need to look out for the chipset of the motherboard that may be the reason you are not able to work well or process for the same.
