10Bit Color Output

There are several displays which may output 10bit color, such as a HP "Dreamcolor" monitor and 2 Eizo monitors etc. I want to know which of the nvidia graphic card can able to output 10bit color through display port? I also want to know that I require a program which able to can handle 10bit output as well. I need this for video editing work and I think the existing on board video chip is not able to handle the color output. I am looking for a simple way of doing this and that can be done by adding a graphic card. Does anyone knows any model that can help to get a proper color output.

My friend is using an Adobe photoshop CS5, and he told me that this application having many of the wonderful feature for editing image. This application will also able to support the 10 Bit color output. And I also heard about the LightRoom 3 are also able to support 10 Bit color output. So you can use any one of them which you like.
