    You need to change your screen resolution. For this, check the steps;
    1 Go to Start, click Control Panel,
    2. And then, go to Appearance and Personalization, select Adjust screen resolution.
    3.After that, go to Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want, and then save changes by clicking on Apply button.
    4.Click remains to use the new resolution, or click relapse to go back to the previous resolution.

    LCD monitors, including laptop screens, typically run best at their native resolution. You don't have to set your monitor to run at this resolution, but it's usually recommended in order to ensure you see the sharpest text and images possible. LCD monitors generally come in two shapes: a standard proportion of width to height of 4:3, or a widescreen ratio of 16:9 or 16:10. A widescreen monitor has both a wider shape and resolution than a standard ratio monitor.

    If you're unsure of your monitor's native resolution, check the product manual or go to the manufacturer's website. Here are typical resolutions for some popular screen sizes:
    # 19-inch screen (standard ratio) - 1280 x 1024 pixels
    # 20-inch screen (standard ratio)- 1600 x 1200 pixels
    # 22-inch screen (widescreen) - 1680 x 1050 pixels
    # 24-inch screen (widescreen) - 1900 x 1200 pixels

    If the screen is iridescent, or viewing the screen is uncomfortable, increase the refresh rate until you are relaxed with it. The higher the refresh rate, the less possible there will be any obvious flicker. Because LCD monitors don't make flicker, they don't call for to be set at high refresh rates. For a CRT monitor, it's central to change the screen resolution to the maximum resolution available that provides 32-bit color and at least a 72-Hertz refresh rate.

    You need to show calibration software helps to build sure that colors are display correctly on your screen. If you previously have display calibration software from another software provider installed on your computer, you can use that software to adjust your display. Display calibration devices are often package with calibration software. Using a calibration device with the calibration software it approaches with can help you obtain the best color on your screen.

    Basically Windows include a technology called ClearType that is turned on by default. ClearType allow your monitor to show computer fonts as clear and smooth as possible. This can help build text easier to read over long periods of time with no causing eyestrain. It works especially well with LCD devices, counting flat-panel displays, laptops, and smaller handheld devices.
