    Sound problem with Samsung LE26R88BD

    Hello Guys,

    I am using Samsung LE26R88BD LCD tv and having some issue with it. When I switch on this Samsung LCD television the sound level always at full. So whenever I switch on this tv, my first task is to decrease it's sound level. I am totally frustrated because of this issue. I have tried with many solutions, but nothing was helpful. If you have suggestion to resolve this sound issue of my samsung television, then please let me know that.

    I think there might be some serious problem in your Samsung LE26R88BD Lcd television. And that high volume whenever you switch on your television. According to me this type of issue can not be easily solved. So I suggest you to contact to the service center of your Samsung LE26R88BD Tv, as it is the ultimate to way to resolve this issue.

    According to me you have mistakenly changed some sound setting of your samsung television. So I suggest you to customize the sound setting of your Samsung LE26R88BD. If you don't know how to do this, then refer the user manual of your Samsung television. For it you will also setting for other functionality of your television.

    I am also getting same issue with my Samsung LCD TV. I am using this television from five months, and this sound issue started from one months. I don't how does this Samsung Tv suffered from this sound problem. As per above suggestion I also referred the user manual of my Tv, but nothing was mentioned about this volume problem. Does anyone posses proper solution over this?

    It sounds that you have enabled the features known as 'Auto volume' from the sound menu of your Samsung LE26R88BD TV. If you want to resolve this sound problem, for that you will need to disable this 'Auto volume' option. To do this you need to open the sound menu and then select this option and disable it. Please try out this solution and let me know if you still getting same issue or not.

    Pleas try with following solutions:
    • Configure the sound setting of your tv.
    • Use user guide to adjust the sound setting.
    • Contact the service center of samsung tv.

    I don't know exactly how to solve this sound problem, you need to refer the official website of your samsung tv in the way to get details about the functionality of your tv. If your television is under the warranty period then try to replace this faulty samsung LCD tv. Before that you can also try to adjust the volume setting of your tv.

    U may be selected the sound mode to custome so change dis to "STANDARD" as below


    1. Press the MENU button to display the menu.
    Press the ▲ or ▼ button to select "Sound", then press the
    ENTER button.
    2. Press the ENTER button again, to select "Mode".
    3. Select the required sound effect by pressing the ▲ or ▼
    button repeatedly and then press the ENTER button.
    4. Press the EXIT button to exit.
     Standard: Selects the normal sound mode.
