XFX ATI 5870 Issues again with latest drivers

Hello I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have XFX ATI 5870 card and the problem is that installing it with the latest drivers lends problems. Also when been working under Direct X 11 the system do not respond well with the game application but works fine under Direct X 9 version. Please help me out. Thank you.
