Which is better from ATI Radeon HD 5650 and ATI Radeon HD 4670

I am building the new gaming desktop computer system for myself and i am not able to select the graphic card for this desktop computer system.I am going to install Windows 7 operating system in this desktop. I have selected the ATI Radeon HD 5650 and ATI Radeon HD 4670 graphic card but not able to select one from them. I want the details of both the graphic cards and suggest me that which graphic card is better.

This ATI Radeon HD 5650 graphic card is for the laptops and notebooks. So this cannot be used with the computer systems.
