Need Suggestion for Graphics card for C2d E7500

Hi folks,
This is my first post on the site.
I'm planning to upgrade my system which presently has a


1.) Pentium D820(2.8Ghz,800Mhz FSB),
2.) Western Digital 80Gb,
3.) 1 Gb DDR2 667MHZ Ram,
4.) Gigabyte GAE31MS2 motherboard,
5.) Sony DVD writer
6.) with iball i benz cabinet having 400W PSU.

You might wonder such an old configuration, sorry guys i didn't have much to spend....

I'm thinking of upgrading and keeping my budget in mind , i've selected the following:
1.) Intel core 2 duo E7500 2.93 Ghz
2.) 500 GB HD from Western digital
3.) Corsair CGM2x2G800 (2Gb,800 Mhz) Ram
4.) same Motherboard
5.) same DVD writer.


now i need suggestions for a good graphiics card for my configuration, my budget is around Rs.(3000 to 4000. )
Also as i have problems with space, i would like to have a cabinet like i ball baby, please let me know if its possible for the above configuration to fit in that. If not please recommend a good PSU for my iBenz which supports te power requirements for the above mentioned under Rs.2000

Thanks for the info killer,
but i need suggestions for the PSU too for my i benz and the price list is very pld, almost 2 years older and as you know the industry prices changes very quickly, so if anybody there who have the latest info pl update me and help others too.....
