Want graphic card with inbuilt TV Tuner

I am having the desktop computer and i want to attach the graphic card as well as the TV Tuner card as well so i am thinking the instead of attaching both separately i should go for the graphic card which has inbuilt TV Tuner. I want graphic card with inbuilt TV Tuner. I don't know it is possible or not. So i am here to ask you people. If it is possible then suggest me such graphic cards with the inbuilt TV Tuner.
