21 inch LCD monitor for my computer

I have been facing lots of eye problem while working over CRT monitor of my computer. So I decided to buy LCD monitor. I want to buy the LCD monitor of size 21 inch.
I know there are broad range of LCD monitors are available but wan to buy the monitor with best features. Please give some suggestion for 21 inch LCD monitor.

I am working on "LG W2261V-PF 21 inch Monitor". I didn't get any issue while working over this LCD monitor. It's response time is very fast i.e Less than 4.9 ms. Over this LCD monitor you will get "8,000:1" contrast ratio. The Digital Video Input Standard is of type "DVI-D ". I have bought this LCD monitor at the price of "£136.00". Why don't you buy this 21'' LCD monitor?
