My Gateway 128MB NVIDIA GeForce Ti4200 AGP Video Card Mfr P/N 6002247 Stopped working

My Gateway 128MB NVIDIA GeForce Ti4200 AGP Video Card Mfr P/N 6002247 stopped working. I tried pulling it out and reinstalling it. No luck. So I tired the main video card which worked for about a minute before it quite too. Do I have a bigger problem then I want to have? Or should I go out and buy a new graphic card? Thanks for the help.

It also seems to coincide with disk access or just PC operation in general. Kinda like the harder the PC is working the worse the flicker gets. Run a program like GPU-Z, or just open your Nvidia control panel, and look in the bottom left corner for "System Information". Or right click on "Computer", and check device manager.
