Compaq Presario v3000 laptop screen Problem

My Hello to all there,
I have Compaq Presario v3000 laptop made by HP,which is completing 3years now.It work well till last month with no problem but from last month It's screen doesn't show any thing.I don,t know why this happening because it is not harm or damage. When switch on after some time I can hear windows start up tune and other light also blinking and and fan also working.from this it means that all other things are working except screen'

My laptops configuration are:
Operating System:Windows xp
Processor: amd turionx2@1.6ghz
RAM:1gb
Hard Disk space:80gb
Please help me regarding this problem.

good evening friend,
As per your problem it seems that there is some fault in screen.Because all other things are working as usual and only screen in not showing any thing it means that your screen gets affected.As you said that there no damage to screen then some display problem is arise.My advise is to you that try to connect external monitor to your laptop ,if this working then it mean repair your screen and if external monitor is also not working then it mean that your laptop not provide output and it's internal part must be faulty like memory,video card.In this situation give your laptop to HP service center .They can help you out to fix the problem.

I also have same problem,So what I did I bought new RAM and video card and install in it,but the problem remain same,So I think that there may be problem in motherboard but after checking it come to know that it works fine.I also try to find out solution for same problem on net but I did not get anything.So lastly I give laptop to HP service center and they fix the problem.
