ATi Radeon HD 4670 vs. nVIDIA GeForce 9500GT

I am looking for new graphics card and there are two choices 1]ATi Radeon HD 4670 and 2] nVIDIA GeForce 9500GT. Can any one tell me which one is best?

I've got the ATI Radeon HD4870 1024MB and it made a huge difference, Clock speeds are a bit lower and much less memory bandwidth, but the hardware has some advantages. Features :128-bit memory interface55 nanometer process, 514 million transistors.
