PCI express upgrade dell vostro 200 mini tower

I have a Dell Vostro 200 Desktop (MT) and it has a Foxconn G33M02 motherboard inside it. When I tried to install the new memory (both sticks at the same time) it wouldn't boot. The chipset is designed to hold the graphics card chosen at POS, this is sufficient for single monitor support. The graphic cards available for this system are integrated, 128 or 256 Ati. Would i be able to add an additional basic grahics card and run 2 monitors, 1 monitor on the new graphics card and the 2nd monitor running through the onboard VGA? Does any body knows about it? Kindly provide me the correct solution for the above issue.

The Vostro 200 Mini Tower is a powerful, secure and reliable desktop solution that’s optimized to meet your business demands, from basic productivity to high performance. If the video card needs to be connected to a power wire (as opposed to being connected to the PCI Express slot only), then probably needs too much power for a 300W supply.

In order to utilize more memory, install a 64-bit version of your operating system. Yes, you can can set up this computer to run dual monitors, but you would have to either upgrade from the onboard video to a PCI Express video card that supports two monitors OR get a DVI add card.

For that you need to remove the old sticks and install the new sticks only in the same slots used by the old sticks. The Vostro 200 MT does not have the PCI-E power connector and you can't fit a cable as all the power connectors are SATA type. i.e. no Molex power connectors at all.
