Is Intel GMA 4500M good for gaming

The Intel 4500 is a variant of the famous old G43. In fact the low-end GUI INTEL. There is also the 4500 HD support in my system which is frankly better since it is able to decompress the Mpeg2, H264 and brief reading of DVD. It can also use HD video DiVx alone as a full definition (1080). Alternative 4500MHD is even better for the consumer mobility.

There are many reasons to get a dedicated graphics because of the following things:

1. High end Gaming
2. Professional 3d apps (like 3dsMAX)
3. Video work (to a lesser extent than the first two because some integrated solutions are getting better at some aspects of this)

So basically, if you are not doing any of these 3 things, an integrated solution will work just as well as anything else.
