How to change Video Card Cooler

Hello, I have this old graphic card nvidia quadro 980 XGL and nowhere on the net I can find cooler ad hoc for it. Can anyone tell me what can I replace for it? Thank you

I dont know if there is a cooler for you video card but you can always refer to some guides on Changing video card Coolers like this one here.

It might have a phase-change pad on it that's sticking.

I've released them in the past, on chipsets, by heating the cooler and applying a firm twisting motion while gently pushing down against the chip.
If the chip comes off in your hand, then you twisted too hard.
