BSOD atikdmag.sys error

Instalation went great except for when i installed the drivers. I got a north bridge filter driver windows can't verify error. I installed it anyhow

When it reboots it will hang then BDOD and onlything i can understand is it mentioned atikdmag.sys error.

I have to boot it up into safe mode and uinistall the drivers.

I installed all the chip drivers from the MB cd.

I installed the cards in a previous machine and got the same problems.

I even downloaded the latest drivers from ati website and get the same errors.

I think the problem is with your ATI driver. Try to reinstall it on your system and check out whether you still face the same problem again.

There are many users facing the same problem with atikmdag. This is a common problem and one waiting for a solution to a beta release. I think the answer to this is...patience.

Try doing this to fix the error -

1. Downloading and installing ONLY the ATI driver software.
2. Editing the registry.
3. Removing a stick of ram.
4. Trying a more powerful PSU.
5. Removing and replacing devices one at a time such as hard drive, etc…
6. Buying extra cooling fans.
7. Throw the dam ATI card into the trash bin.
