And I Want To Record Movies And Voice. Scheduled Recording Is Possible? And Which One Best Card.

Internal is best for you, because I had use internal and extenal TV Tune Card before. The difference is the internal can record TV chanels and save to your hdd, and does many thing else. But the external can save your pc performance, because external only plug its wire to your monitor and no interfere with your pc in any parts, of course it can not recording TV channel or save them to ur hdd.
