"This Channel is Not Available" Error

hi,
i have Olevia 65” 1080p LCD HDTV,the problem is i am keep getting error "This Channel is Not Available" on tuner source, it not allowed to create a list or auto channel, and some channels are not be available, I need help in retrieving my cable signal back to my tv so that it reads the channels. Any recommendations and suggestions are appreciated.

The "This Channel is Not Available" error can happen when EyeTV's record of available channels does not match the channels currently being broadcast.

For example, if you Auto Tune for digital TV in one city, and then visit another city, then some channels may not be available. Another example is when your video provider removes a channel from service, either temporarily or permanently.

You can manually add channels that were not detected in the automatic channel scan in the “advanced” options of the channel list. You can manually add the channels under “My Satellite”. Pinnacle updates the channel list with every Software Update
