Crossfire hd4870

I expressed my configuration before launching into the questions.

My configuration:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-x48-DS5
Processor: Intel E8400 3.00 ghz
ram: corsair pc8500 corsair Dominator 2x2go.
Graphics: 2 x hd4870 oc 1 go from Gainward associated with 2 crossfire bridges.
power supply: CoolerMaster Real Power 850 watts.

Then several questions arise:

Am I cpu limited? And if so if I overclock my cpu to 3.8 ghz for example, will I still cpu limited? I need a quad absolutely?
How to make sure the crossfire working properly and a map graph. does not endorse or less well than another?

you put the latest drivers for your objections, your PC is updated (hardware SHIFT + windows)? What is your operating system?

For your information,You are not cpu limited. So you are under 64 bit vista? you have patched the game?

Everything is updated. Installed from the official ati site, the same is the ccc 9.2. I run on vista to use my ram out and enjoy the direct x10. Let me explain better for the lag: I made a benchmark in farcry 2 and it tells me that I had to average 44.47 fps.
