NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Card Problems

I bought a second hand NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64 Pro Card from a dealer. It was not working in my computer so i tried to install in friends computer to check weather its working or not.....

I am runing XP Pro & installed the card into my computer & also supplied the drivers to it.I then installed Medal of Honour: Allied Assault Demo. The game DID NOT work at all and i got an error message saying there was a problem with my OpenGL. I downloaded the latest driver for the card & then tried the game and it worked BUT the display of the game is showing me multi colored line running throght it & the writing in the game is just unreadable. which affects the game when i playing. I thought that it might be the problem with the game itself but i exchanged the game with Return to Castle WOLFenstein & still having the same problem.

Can anyone help me with it???

1. In the device manager uninstall the card
2. Reboot into safe mode
3. When windows finishes installing the card,if it asks if you want to install the drivers
4. Select no
5. Install your drivers
6. Reboot the computer
7. Any version of the drivers should work with no problem

Go to the vendor and ask for the exchange, it's probably defective.

OR

Ask the wender to fit the card by himself to see weather it is working with him doing something.

Believe it or not I dont believe Nvidia's latest driver was meant to work with your card.
