Nvidia drivers problem on ASRock 4CoreDual-SATA2 motherboard

I have a video card nVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT on a motherboard ASRock 4CoreDual-SATA2. My problem is that, until drivers version 181.00, with a higher Windows XP or Vista no longer starts. Yet I uninstall the old version. Is there any one who have an idea?

- Completely uninstall your current drivers.

- Possibly a stroke of CCleaner or other tool of its kind.

- Install your new drivers.

May be a good reset bios and bios update needed.

Already tried that. I even put on a fresh windows install but still the same.
