    HD 4850 strange colors

    hi,
I have a 4850 on a Toshiba 32 "Full HD and a Dell 24" monitor. For one of the two but they are always with the wrong color. Especially when it comes to know that a clear yellowish effect. Under XP, the Toshiba is currently involved in the Dell Vista. During boot, or the onscreen menu reminds me of the equipment so nothing on. The slider in the CCC is also normal, I've also never managed to look like the image to normal.Any help will be extremely appreciated.

Have you just updated your graphics drivers?

Purchase some canned air from an office supply store.Use the canned air to blow out all the vent holes of the monitor.
Unplug the monitor and leave it unplugged for about 1 day.

open the computer case and use the canned air to blow out your case. pay special attention to fans and the power supply.

If you have an add-on video card, remove it from it's slot and reinsert it snuggly. After about 1 day plug the monitor back in and use the buttons on the front to enter the monitor menu. Choose reset from the menu.Check function. If the problem persists try the monitor on another computer or laptop. If the problem goes away on another computer you'll need to replace your video card.If the problem persists on another computer the monitor will need to be repaired or replaced.

Have you installed the latest Drivers from ATI and made sure that drivers from the old graphics card have been completely removed.

When you can not monitor, since it is the driver installation depends on which monitor incorrectly displays. The color temperature in the CCC, I can only adjust for the Dell, and thus is not a satisfactory result.
