If you're an Nvidia GPU owner and use Windows, then you might want to go download the now WHQL-certified 182.08 GeForce driver package. Nothing has changed between the last two releases other than the certification, but as usual the package contains bug fixes and performance boosts from earlier revisions. For those using up to date non-WHQL drivers there is really no reason to update at this time, but if you are using an older driver package there's no need to worry about compatibility issues now.
The most notable change in 182.08 was SLI support for a handful of newer games, support for the newest GeForce GTS 250 card and full OpenGL 3.0 support for GeForce 8, 9 and 200 series cards. This version also introduced PhysX acceleration on GeForce 8, 9 and 200 series, provided you have at least 256MB of GPU memory.
