TV or monitor for the ps3?

I am tempted by the PS3 since I saw the game run and have output Yakuza 3 pack, but I have a low resolution on my TV. I myself want to take this opportunity to renew the TV. Because I also need a computer screen, I started to watch it also monitors that look more televisions today!

I heard that the PS3 in 1080p on some games rowed. Also a few titles that are playable in 720p.

    So:
    - PC monitor = 1080p resolution, for cheap
    - TV = 720p resolution, although more for lower quality and higher performance

I'm afraid I take a screen 1080p native resolution and have ugly games because they will be drawn from the 720p. On the other hand, it is even costly.

What is your feedback on the resolutions offered by the PS3?

So already all PS3 games are not 1080p, and it's good because those are well made

720p and you have a beautiful quality in any case, your new TV just to see more. But the management by the upscalling the PS3 is very very good quality. And I doubt that you can tell just by seeing the image, the native resolution of it. (Even a simple DVD is a new experience)

Then your PC screen, it will do what, 24" 27" at most. While taking full advantage of HD, minimum 40"

Immersion in the game is not at all this ..
In addition, the electronics a little different for a television that is oriented video quality, what the screens may not have PCs.

And for games as on PS3, including Assassins's Creed, it's not so much of the resolution (I even wonder if it is 1080p), but the programmer behind who did not take into account the power of console. And are also sometimes options to disable it in the ps3 menu to improve the flow of games.

I advise you to go on the topic PS3 to make you an idea, but do not buy before informed.

In any case, if buy a low-end screen or a TV first prize, the quality will be poor.

Apparently it can be important to have a chip correction for the video stream, which is not present on simple PC monitors.

And the majority of PS3 games are 720p ...

An important point to advise you, a PS3 on a screen full hd is far from ugly!
