Screen & scrolling problem

Hello Everyone,

Whenever i try to work on my computer, it screen shakes. I cannot scroll with side bar as well as cannot move the arrow towards upwards or downwards. Can any one help me out to resolve this issue? Any help on this would be appreciated.

I think the problem is with your mouse, which is not allowing you to move the arrow upwards and downwards. Try to change your mouse and see whether you still face the same problem again.

Check out whether your monitor cable is not lose and it is properly plugged in. Also see that there is no magnet or any cell phone kept nearby your system.

im too suffering from the same problem,
and i was sugeested by the the hardware engineer that its happening because of the drivers so try to get latest one
