Re: Problem with geforce GTX 280

    hi,
In the Device Manager does my ATI Radeon X800 GTO an exclamation and the code 43, ie the graphics card can be used with the Vista drivers are not installed correctly.

So now to a description of how the approach is:

    1. Control Panel / System Preferences
    2. Hardware and Sound
    3. Device Manager / Device manager
    4. Continue / Confirm
    5. System devices / System interfaces
    6. right mouse button on "CPU to AGP" or something like that
    7. Update Driver Software
    8. new stars and at the same point, the interface now states: "SIS Accelerated Graphics Port"

I see again a straight bequiet power adapter, which have problems with high voltage fluctuations with the gtx280. if the card is claimed, comes the crash and the map turns off.

Error core 43 means that a device is not working properly. Can you check in the device manager if you see both GPUs installed under "display adapters" ?
    • Click Start, click Run, and in the Open box, type control panel.
    • In Control Panel, double-click System, click the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager.
    • Double-click a device type. For example, double-click Modems to see the devices in that category.
    • Double-click a device to view its properties. If an error code has been generated, the code appears in the Device Status box that is on the General tab.
